Got these guys all polished up and somewhat ready to go....I think I might clear coat the lights to give them that perfect look.

Problem with these lights is that the lenses had a fiberglass cover over them that scratched up the crystal clear look they had....owner plans on putting them back on, but wouldn't mind rockin' them naked either....I don't blame him, they look sick all black.  Most people that polish headlight lense only deal with yellowing...not deep scratches....so we gave it our best shot.....and back to what those 'other' guys do, they NEVER touch the insides of the lenses....as they can't get them open....well....we do!!!!!  Polished the insides of these bad boys as well.  They turned out pretty good, but they were so beat up and rubbed the wrong way that I think a clear coat is all we can do now....we'll see.

Other than that, these beasts are ready to ship out.  I can't wait to see them back on their mother ship!!

Salmon Division sent more freebie lights down....these ones I was going to open them up and customize them and resell, but the internals were burnt badly (hence why they were junk).

Good news is that the Bi-Xenon Projectors are still good...so I can still put these to use....
I've got a set of headlights that will work perfectly with these.

Freebies:
Bi-Xenon 3" Valeo Projectors with working Solenoid and Bulbs/Ballasts
Fake 3" Projector lens and holder
Mini Side Marker lights (2 LEDs)

All-in-all, this was a good find.

Had a return client bring in his new 2007 Subaru Outback for some HID additions.
He was used to the custom Bi-Xenon Projectors I retrofitted into his old ride, that he had to have the same output in his new ride.
This is the only time it's really ok to put HIDs in a stock housing.  When they have stock projectors.  Output was same as stock, just brighter.  No glare on low beam whatsoever.
Installed our Digital High Intensity Discharge kit in both the low beam and high beam areas.

hope you like

Got everything wired up last night....everything needs small adjustments, but this first go-around needed to be done before the big car show this weekend....so that goal was achieved.

These fog light projectors are pretty amazing...and put out more light than some peoples stock headlights...so I'm sold on them.  I need to reseat the passenger side bulb and adjust my passenger side headlight a bit (all from the removal of bumpers and whatnot.

Only thing left to do is hook up the high beam solenoids on the matchbox projectors and I'll be good to go!

I'm diggin' my new led marker lights too....not sold on the blinkers, but the 6 straight line for the driving lights are awesome....give the car the sleek look I was hoping for!

Hit it hard on Friday night and haven't stopped until now (Sunday night)
Had some time to get some other projects started and did some random mini installs while I was at it...all it all, I'm just waiting on paint on the corners and taillights....and the subwoofer amp.....then we're donezo!!!!

Got the speakers all installed upfront and 4 channel amp temporarily hooked up and gave it a listen.   Un-tuned and all the settings untouched..this system already sounds crazy good....highs are perfect and the midbass is very impressive!!!!  All that hardwork on the sound deadening was worth it...we'll see what happens when we add 2400 watts to two subwoofers.....which, by the way, have a home now.....got the subwoofer box smoothed out and texture coated.....thing is a BEAST.....you want SPL out of a daily, while having good tunes when it's not hitting hard....gotta build the box as big as you can.....Box was a bit bigger than I wanted...but to get it tuned right, had to go this route.........gonna slam!

Got the headlights sealed up and ready for a final tweak/leveling once the corners get smoked.

Got the LEDs wired up front on a switch and other than that....long weekend...but we're about 95% done....waiting on the Mailman now (not Karl Malone).

Cheers

Got the battery isolator hooked up and running, so I figured I might as well bolt up the rear battery.  Everything is secure, and I left plenty of wire to the battery if needed down the road.  Don't want that 0ga wire to be too short if you every have to remove the battery and add a new one....who knows.......better to be safe than sorry!

As for the rest of the system in the rear...just need to start doing some wood work, cutting amp rack plates and we'll start getting some tunes going.

Test fitted the projectors and made sure I like how they are going to sit in the headlights and in the car.....first test fit was spot on and only needed to raise one side.....not too shabby!!!  These will look sick once done......black on black baby! Ballasts have been wired up and they are ready to go as well.
Now all that's left is the shrouds need to be painted and then we're donezo.

Only had about 20 minutes to work on the Camry tonight.....so I test fitted the headlights with the projectors to see how much modifications I'm going to have to do.....wasn't too bad...just knocked a couple of teeth off, and we're golden....next is paint (thinking of a cool theme to match the exterior of the car).

All the new goodies for the Uber light festival that's going to be happening in the front of the car showed up.  We're doing:
New Crystal Euro Headlights with Bi-Xenon Projectors, 35 watt HID bulbs with Morimoto Ballasts
New Crystal Euro Side Lights, smoked and throwing some LEDs in there to light up the night.

Was sitting around and thought 'what the hell', and opened them up...so I'm 5 days ahead of schedule on the lights.....might as well throw some paint on them tomorrow and get them ready for the retro!

Cheers
