Well, I needed to clear some room in the shop and I am waiting on few things to get done 'out sourcing-wise', so I found myself with some free time.
Might was well finish this dogs tripe bowl stand really quick....
I put down a few layers of bedliner to quickly get this thing sealed and ready for use.
I'm saying this is temporary, because when I have time/money, I'll have my painter make this thing look sick...but in the mean time, it was ready for use and the Goose dog needed a raised doggy bowl.
Didn't take them long to get used to it...and they love it
Had some downtime, so I threw on some Rage Gold and sanded away....one more sanding session, spot fill and then it'll be paint time!!!
Till then, the gaurd dogs will have to do with their current dog bowl holder!!
Fiber....it's good for the diet.
Ground down some edges made by the staples (I know, I know...I should have made a lip with my router, but it's 1/4" plywood.....didn't want to mess with it)
After gringing it down so the glass will adhere better, I put some fiberglass cloth down and went to town....just need to sand it all smooth, fill, sand, cut and paint....almost done :)
My new staple gun showed up in the mail today...so I immediately had to use it and try it out......AMAZING....now people just have to start wanting fiberglass products again...cause I'm ready now. Luckily I had the dog bowl waiting....so I stapled some fleece on there, and did a coating of resin.....luckily the weather was nice.....Cheers
With the addition of another shop gaurd dog (hahaha), we needed a place to host another dog bowl. New box, new design.....now with fiberglass.
We can do anything type of dog bowl you can think of.......once I get some time (another hahaha), I'll be making my own clear dog bowls and adding some LEDs so that they light up....should be pretty cool.
Just got the frame done for now...waiting for my upholstery gun to show up so I can shoot some 1/4" staples for the fabric instead of my awesome 1 1/2" ones I have now.
Cheers
