Removed the stock Rockford Fosgate amplifier under the driver seat and replaced that with a custom panel to house the escort radar system main hub.  Hide all the wires that will power that, now, as you can see, all those little ports need to be filled....so that will be next!

You can see the stock amp is no match for what we're putting in the Evo...should be enough to make some noise!

Cut out some 3/4" MDF and routed the edges so that it can sit flush inside the mold.....placed everything in the Evo, made sure it was level, then applied some glass and fiberglass strands to bond the wood to the wheel well mold.....once this dries, then I can pull it, fill the voids and glass a  few layers and then I can start final construction on the subwoofer box.

Rewired the Arc KS 300.4 to run the fronts and a little 10" JL sub on the rear channels.  This thing is now complete....finally.  This is one good sounding Tacoma.  All it needed was a little bass.  We'll see what happens when the owner gets back.  I see an Arc XXD 1500 in it's near future.
