Got the LEDs installed, blacked out the reflector piece, cleaned and sealed the lights back up last night.
Now, just need to waterproof them and we'll be good to go.

So, this one hasn't been going as quickly as I'd like/need it to, but we're making progress.
Painted everything and mounted the shrouds. Now I just need to mount the LEDs, wire up everything, then I can seal them back up! Almost done!!!

Finally got started on these guys. It's been too cold out in the shop, and i was afraid my chemicals and adhesives wouldn't setup....so I had to wait till it was above 40 degrees!!
Anyways, got them aligned....didn't want to push time, so I'll paint tonight, then move onto LEDs.

Started figuring out the finishing touches on Project Evo X.....red lettering on the side of the vehicle, red lettering on the rear trunk, possible white logo on rear window and black logo's on the door pods. Also, going to make a red ring to hide the screws on the woofer, as well as mold a logo for Trax into it, and paint that red....so it will match the rims.
Going to start Project Colorado tonight, need to get that one out the door so I can move on to Project Brew-Haul stage 2.

Started Project Colorado tonight.....and by started, I mean I baked and seperated the headlight housings so I could test fit and see which projector will fit correctly in the small housings. Snapped some shots for the owner, and sent them his way.
Project should officially start in a few weeks.

Customer just dropped these brand newbie headlight housings off today.
They are for a Chevy Colorado.
We've already installed HID kits into every single light he has on his truck, and I finally convinced him to go over to the dark (bright?) side; the projector world!
We'll be doing all black insides, even the amber reflectors
Then we'll be doing a 'C' of LEDs around the stock high beam location that will turn on with his fog lights.
The we'll be throwing in some Mini H1 Projectors...all to be painted black.
Project won't start for about a week...but we'll keep you posted.
