Got the Elemental Designs 6.5" sub installed into Project Maxima last night.  It sounds ok, more of a mid bass addition than anything.  Not what I was hoping for, but for a free addition to the system, I thought it was a good add-on.

Worked on Project Melex last night for about 30 minutes.  Got the tire off and did some 'custom' work to get it aired up again.  By custom, I mean, Ryan sprayed the tire with brake cleaner and shot a stream of brake cleaner mixed with fire at it and BOOM, tire was aired up.  Worked like a charm and didn't have to take it to a tire shop.  All of this was of course supervised by Ben, whom had more experience in fixing tires that Ryan and I combined.  Thanks Benny!!

Busy Busy this weekend.  90% finished with Project Maxima.  Doors all have new adapters and Arc Audio speakers.  Coaxial in the rear and Components up front.  All powered off of Ben's Alpine F250, 4 channel amp.  Provides insane highs that don't distort and decent lows.  This system replaced a factory installed Clarion system that was already very good.

Started on the hidden subbox (suprise).  Cut out the rear deck lid and pre-mounted the box.  Waiting on the sub, then will finish the install.  This system should sound very good once all is said and done.

Project Solsti got some love.  Finished the door pods, now just need to mount them on the doors, mount the doors on the car, run new wires for the dual speakers and install new Arc Audio amps.

To say we've been busy is an understatement!  Finished up the door pods on Project Solsti, just need to clean up the doors, mount them to the doors, and rewire in the new Arc Audio 4 channel amp; THEN we'll be done.  TONS of pics to post, so stay tuned for that one.

Also, had a chance to crack into Project Maxima.  Got everything ripped out, and a spot selected for the amp.  Tomorrow we'll be finishing up the install and installing the secret that the owner doesn't know about!

Parts have arrived for Project Maxima, order parts for Project Orange Crush, prepping taillights for custom one-off retro-fit, ordered parts for a full Chevy audio install, and got the green light on Project DeVille Low-Low......needless to say; we've been busy! Stay posted for more info.
