Being one of Boise's top customization shops has it's perks; as well as it's ups and downs, but today was a good one. We've been really busy in the shop and just finished up a few projects, so today I just chilled. Tweaked a little bit on Project Melex and starred at Project Solsti's door panels for some much needed inspiration. Played with the shop gaurd dog till he was too tired then called it a night. Add Comment Got the Elemental Designs 6.5" sub installed into Project Maxima last night. It sounds ok, more of a mid bass addition than anything. Not what I was hoping for, but for a free addition to the system, I thought it was a good add-on. Worked on Project Melex last night for about 30 minutes. Got the tire off and did some 'custom' work to get it aired up again. By custom, I mean, Ryan sprayed the tire with brake cleaner and shot a stream of brake cleaner mixed with fire at it and BOOM, tire was aired up. Worked like a charm and didn't have to take it to a tire shop. All of this was of course supervised by Ben, whom had more experience in fixing tires that Ryan and I combined. Thanks Benny!! |
