Nathan decided he wanted to get a better looking ride.
Chose these aftermarket rims and I threw them on for him.

Bigger rim size and a bit bigger tire.

Next up......'more low' as they say

Pretty simple install......Subaru WRX STI with stock headunit gets a Pioneer P2300 dvd headunit install....customer will be back to add Navigation.

Bypassed the video lock-out feature with a relay so customer doesn't have to keep flicking a switch to bypass everytime.

Got some WRX headlights that needed some 'darkness' in their lives.
Opened up really easy, paint went on very easy, and assembly as easy.
I even threw in a free cut-n-buff on the outter lens to get rid of the smoked cover and yellow haze that had developed over the years. I new this would improve the headlights performance at night, as well as make the black pop more.

Had a Subaru Forester come in for a quick install with some existing equipment.
More often than not, when customers bring in older equipment, it sometimes doesn't work like when they did when they pulled it out of the last vehicle......case in point with this one.
I looked at the awesome old school Rockford sub and knew it was going to sound good...until I pushed on it and it was hard as a rock.....blown sub.....dangit!!

Oh well.....got the Rockford Fosgate 250 watt mono block amp installed under the driver seat and used my tester 10" ported sub to tune the amp until the customer brought their other sub....which was an MTX Thunder woofer....and that sounded good as well.

All in all it was a good install, customer was happy.....and I got to use my new shop seat....made by my buddy Matt.....pretty cool, and the color matches everything in the shop...obviously!

Till next time!

Had a 2003 Subaru WRX come in for an amp install.
Old school Eclipse amp to push the front speakers and rear Custom JL Sub.
Installed the amp under the seat and called it a day.

Had a return client bring in his new 2007 Subaru Outback for some HID additions.
He was used to the custom Bi-Xenon Projectors I retrofitted into his old ride, that he had to have the same output in his new ride.
This is the only time it's really ok to put HIDs in a stock housing.  When they have stock projectors.  Output was same as stock, just brighter.  No glare on low beam whatsoever.
Installed our Digital High Intensity Discharge kit in both the low beam and high beam areas.

hope you like

Had a buddy come by with a grill off his Subaru Legacy.
He's busy doing other stuff to get ready for Import Revolution 208, so I got to finish his grill off for him.  Original grill had been cut and mocked up to just be a blank grill (removed Subaru symbol and added mesh)

Smoothed everything out and applied Textured Bedliner as a finish....also removed extra STI badge on mesh

Past client Nathaniel wanted some more performance out of his GT, as well as a better sound car.  Magnaflow's cat-back exhaust should do the trick.

Install was pretty straight forward, but would have went quicker had I used a lift.....jack stands make for a difficult install.

This exhaust made the car sound amazing...looooow rumble and nice tones throughout the rpm's.

Had a buddies new Legacy GT in today....swapped from his previous ride (Chevy Cobalt).
So we're putting in all his old (if you want to call it that) gear:
JVC Double Din Deck
Memphis 6.5" Component Speakers up Front
Arc Audio 3 channel XDi amp pushing the memphis speakers and now
(2) 10" kicker comp cr woofers

This build was differnet as I had to order a dash kit and HVAC unit from Japan....basically anything with JDM on it will be expensive.  Reason being, the GT models have dual climate control HVAC systems that are built into the stock deck, so you cannot simply take it apart and put it back in....so a new dash piece, HVAC unit, custom wiring harness, and mirrored hazard switch were needed.

Install was straight forward, bass knob in top center compartment, amp under passenger seat, besides the sub, you can't tell anything was done...unless you looked at the deck.

Cheers!!
