About Us
Trax Customs is locally owned and operated by the Etchart brothers. They started the company in 2007, but have been sharpening their skills for the past 10 years. The brothers have been around vehicles their whole lives, and have always had ‘the itch’ for fixing, breaking, and tearing them down.
Location:
For all car audio installations, we are located off of Cloverdale road, in between Franklin Road and the Freeway in Boise.
Starting in Mid-October 2010, we will be offering our services to Salmon, Idaho residents. All our audio, visual and custom fabrication will be done in Boise and surrounding areas; but since Ryan has moved up to Salmon, we will be moving our Diesel and Gas performance and suspension services up to that area. We will also offer them down here in the Treasure Valley, but only on appointment-basis.
We also offer on-site installations and repairs; that’s right, we’ll come to you. This of course will have to be scheduled ahead of time, but don’t hesitate to ask.
Here are some bios on the owners:
Ryan Diesel Addict
Performance Specialist. He is a GM Certified Technician. He can perform work on about anything that has nuts and bolts. His specialties include, but are not limited to, lifting and lowering trucks, performance parts installations, wide variety of mechanical repairs, transmission repair/rebuilding, and basic troubleshooting of almost anything on your vehicle. His pastimes include snowmobiling, dirt bike riding, boating, and body building.
Travis Car Audio Junkie
Audio Installation Specialist. He has been dabbling in every type of technical device since 2001. He is very knowledgeable with most designing programs on the market, and loves to keep up to date with everything. His specialty is consulting and organizing projects with our company. He has remarkable knowledge for car audio and video systems, as well as an imagination that can take your vehicle from ‘normal’ to “WOW, that’s crazy!” His pastimes include motorcycle cruising, working on his car or chopper, boating and working out.
