Customer brought her Toyota 4Runner in for an iPod/iPhone upgrade to the stock headunit, as well as some better sounding speakers up front. Since the yoda had component speakers installed from OEM, some Digital Designs 6.5" CS Component Speakers were installed in each door. The highs were much clearer and the mid bass was about the same (stock speakers were 6x9s and the OEM deck can only put out so much power). The iSimple unit installed with ease, it was harder to disassemble the dash than it was to install the iSimple unit. Customer was happy and so was I.
Karlee brought her 2008 Ford Escape in for an audio integration upgrade.
She recently traded in her old car that we put a new deck in that had bluetooth and iPhone inputs....well the stock radio looks good and she's happy with how it sounds.....so we simply added the same features she had before, but on her OEM radio.
Had a customer come in with some Power Acoustic Dual DVD Player Headrests he wanted put in....but he also wanted a way to integrate in his Xbox when needed.
Simple .... I hardwired in a 300 watt Stinger Power Converter and custom mounted a Stinger "Game Plate" in the existing spot where his un-used rear audio controls were.
He was somewhat ok with just having the built in FM Mod for sound throughout the car, but I informed him of iSimple's latest products and he was IN. Now he has crystal clear iPod audio input, as well as a Mini Jack audio input and hardwired DVD audio.
After all the dust settled he can no Listen to songs from his iPod, Listen to the DVD player that is showing off his new Dual 8.5" screens, as well as plug in an Xbox and play video games on-the-go.
Pretty cool road trip upgrade...his kids are going to love it!
Had a returning cusotomer that wanted a way for his wife to use her iPod/iPhone in her Honda Pilot, using the stock radio....unfortunately, this Pilot was completely decked out from the manufacturer, so we couldn't use any of the cool products out there that let you integrate the right way....so we had to go with a wired FM Modulator...which, in the end, sounded amazing!
Had a past customer come in and want his iPod and iPhone to work with his 2006 Acura TL.
iSimple made this....well....rather simple.
Does everything he wanted.
Finished the box for the Honda and buttoned up the install.
Box hits nicely, amp is tucked away and stock radio now has Ipod and Aux inputs...cheers!
2007 Honda Accord in for iPod/Aux input addition as well as Amp/Sub Combo.
Got everything installed and good to go and went to put in the Radio Code (once you unplug the radio, it throws a security code) and there wasn't a code in the vehicle...so I have to wait until Tomorrow to finish up the install.
I'll have more pics but basically:
iPod and Aux inputs in the lower pocket
Amp on top of spare tire with quick disconnects for easy removal
Custom Subwoofer Box (in the making)
Did a quick little install today in a 2004 Chevrolet Tracker.
Customer has an iPod that she wanted to have work through her stock radio.
Not an upgraded radio, so the only option here was the iSimple Tranzit Device.
Now she can tune to a certain radio channel, turn the switch on and BAMM.....iPod through the radio....sounds pretty good too. These work much better than the FM modulators you plug into your cigarette lights, as it cuts out the incoming radio signal and replaces it with the audio source plugged in to the Tranzit.
