Quick little audio boost for a client that brought in his 2010 Honda Fit.
This was a birthday present from the owners Father and Family.....what better way to say "You're getting old" than to blow your ear drums out? I can't think of anything better :-D
His car already has the premium Navigation headunit (which needs to be removed and upgraded.....perhaps down the road) so an easy solution was to add my Digital Designs 500w bass package.
I used the DD DM500 super compact 500w RMS amplifier and stuffed it under the driver seat so it's out of the way from pretty much anything/anyone and provides plenty of power to get this sub rockin'.
The subwoofer is DD's LE-M12 series 12" Dual Ported minimalist subwoofer/box combo.
For the small footprint, you really can't get much more bass out of something like this.
This sub won't be shattering windows anytime soon; but it'll make them move depending on what the client is listening to!
The amp comes with a very handy bass knob with Clip and Protect LED notification lights...which is nice so the client knows if he's pushing the limits of the amp/subwoofer.
The Red on black matches the cars color and looks very nice as well!
