These things are starting to pick up more popularity....as I figured they would.
Here we have a set of 2016 GMC Sierra SLE headlights.
(first image is from my last set showing me cutting out the plastic areas)
Most owner want the looks and performance of the SLT headlights, but the costs sometimes do not justify the 'meh' results. The OEM DRLs are only white and the projectors are only 25w units.
This setup is a classic conversion.....using the OEM HID Projectors out of an SLT unit and then custom fabricating in the Upper and Lower DRL units using Smoked Lenses from Klearz, Switchback Strips from Diode Dynamics, Switchback Bulbs from Diode and custom panels created in house.
Simple enough in design, but the look it gives is what most are searching for!
